How To Make A Cappuccino - This is how we do it at Oslo kaffebar

A skilled barista, high-quality coffee beans, an exceptional grinder and one of the world’s finest espresso machines, together, they create a damn good cup of coffee.

At Oslo Kaffebar, every cappuccino is more than a drink — it’s the result of precision, expertise, and a love for coffee. Since 2012, we have focused on making each cup consistent, delicious, and reflective of our Nordic-inspired coffee philosophy.

Precision in Every Shot

Every espresso shot at Oslo Kaffebar is made using exactly 15 grams of coffee. This level of precision ensures the perfect extraction, balance, and flavour in every cup. Our baristas are extensively trained to maintain this standard consistently, whether it’s your first cappuccino of the morning or your fifth visit this week.

We use a Keys Van Der Westen Spirit espresso machine, one of the finest in the industry. Its precision controls and reliability allow us to craft espresso shots that highlight the natural flavours of the beans, every single time.
